Hi! I'm Ali! I have spent more than half of my life on and off the dieting bandwagon. After giving birth to my beautiful daughter - I knew there had to be a different way. This course is full of the tools and strategies I used to break up with diet culture once and for all. Now that I am free from the shame I once felt around my body, I have the time and energy to devote to living life the way I want to live it! I want to help get you there - and support you along every step of the way!
